Have you visited the wayback machine? I have seen a couple of references to this, the most recent being from the blog of my knitting machines and me, a KM blogger who deleted her blog intentionally after a fit of pique and is now reconstructing it.

Hopefully it will help you to reconstruct the whole thing.

I bought the Canon EOS Rebel XS/1000D Digital Field Guide (here’s a link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0470409509/ref=ox_ya_oh_product ) I love it. It’s got a great section on color, and how to use the custom white balance.
